I finally pulled my trail camera pictures yesterday after a few days of failed attempts. Every time I would approach my camera I would spot a deer nearby, and wouldn’t want to disturb it.
Well, I got about 300 pictures of does! A few small spikes, 4 pointers, 6 pointers, and one decent looking buck! I’m not a trophy hunter, and I’m not looking for Goliath out there, I just enjoy hunting, and want to fill my freezer. That being said, It’s GREAT to have this kind of activity on my camera. There were roughly 180Mbs of doe pictures from the past 2 weeks! That means they know where to find food, and the bucks will know where to find the does!

Every time I price trail cams, I look up reviews and remember why I don’t really have one yet (folks I hunt with do, I don’t). The reason is simple – too much money for something that some idjit could just steal.
